"Illuminous" is a project that breathes new life into the iconic lighting designs of Tom Dixon from the early 1990s. Partnering with esteemed galleries like Themes and Variations, this project embarked on a journey to revive Dixon's classic pieces.

At the heart of the project was the restoration of Dixon's original lighting frames. Through meticulous repair work, each frame was carefully refurbished to its former glory, ensuring the structural integrity and authenticity of the designs.

Building upon Dixon's innovative vision, the project also incorporated the traditional Japanese craft technique of papering. By skillfully applying new paneling using this age-old method, the worn and torn elements of the original lights were seamlessly replaced, breathing fresh vitality into each piece.

The result of this effort is a stunning collection of revitalized lighting fixtures, each bearing the hallmark of timeless design ethos fused with a modern twist. These lights have been proudly showcased at Tom Dixon exhibition, serving as a testament to the enduring craftsmanship and unique allure of his creations.
